No. You choose your own times when you book. They just need to be 5 consecutive days, but the times can vary to fit your schedule and energy flow.
2. What if I miss a session or need to reschedule?
Life happens. I allow one reschedule within the 5-day window. If something urgent comes up, just reach out—I’ll always do my best to support you while keeping the integrity of the process intact.

4. Will I receive recordings of the sessions and meditations?

5. What do I need to prepare before we begin?
