It is about understanding the cycle as a meeting place between your body and the incoming souls — and discovering that this relationship does not begin and end with ovulation.

We will:

Explore the Red Dragon and the deeper energetic meaning of menstruation as descent, release, completion and renewal.

Journey through the four phases of the menstrual cycle and explore how each phase creates a different way of sensing and relating to an incoming soul.

Discover why incoming souls may be communicating with you throughout the entire cycle, not only during ovulation or conception.

Explore the menstrual cycle as an incarnation map — emptying, becoming, opening, receiving, retaining and releasing — and how this mirrors the movement of consciousness toward physical form.

Learn why your period is not necessarily a failed cycle, and begin separating the arrival of menstrual blood from the belief that “nothing happened.”

Explore the profound state of the empty womb after menstruation and why emptiness can represent capacity rather than absence.
